We’ve had a great experience here! I bring both of my kids, and the staff is always friendly, patient, and professional. The office is clean, runs on time, and they make my kids feel comfortable every visit. We’ve seen great progress and highly recommend them!

Our experience at McAllen Orthodontic Group has been excellent from beginning to end! From the assessment process, to every visit, each person has been knowledgeable and friendly. We see Dr Ryan at every visit, and he’s thorough with his treatment. We’re seen promptly, and they put care into their office. My daughter enjoys going! Even after moving, we are happy to travel to complete treatment. I would highly recommend!!

I personally really love this place! Staff are very welcoming! They have free ice cream and coffee so you can grab one right after your appointment. Never have I ever seen any dentist/orthodontist have a MOVIE THEATRE but this one does. How cool! I enjoy how I get to see the doctor every appointment and how the staff tell me what my appointment is going to consist of. Very much appreciate every single staff member!

The staff is the best..they were helpful, happy and so attentive. I joked with my husband and told him, "They must get paid really well here…the staff is too good.” I got braces in Mexico and I had putty put in my mouth to make a mold, the staff was the “get you in, get out” type and each time I went it felt like it was truly just a business transaction. Bringing my daughter here was refreshing, they took their time, built rapport, and made sure we were the priority during our appointment. Experience here was a 10/10.
