It was my very first day with them and right off the back receptionists are very welcoming and give you a tour of the clinic. Love that the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I love that they have section for children in books and play areas. They take there time to talk to you about what will be done by the doctor how they work. And the reception really take there time in answering any questions you have. Love that they also have different things in there. They have ice cream and coffee at your liking and a spot in where you can also brush your teeth if you are rushing out from work they provide you with everything there toothpaste, tooth brush and floss string. Love it. Doctor is very helpful and takes his time to explain to you what he would like to do for teeth. Would highly recommend them!
She has teeth that are straightening and her over bite is improving. Staff and Dr are outstanding!
My son absolutely enjoys the experience. From the friendliness of the staff, to the great conversations with Dr. Ryan, and of course the gaming area! We are so happy here!

The office and staff are amazing! Both my son and I had our braces done here with Dr Ryan at McAllen orthodontic group and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They sure do make you feel welcomed and right at home! Everything has been perfect!
